Lighthouses & Chocolate
When we discovered how close we were to the most south-western point of Australia, we had to go! The point is called Cape Leeuwin and this lovely lighthouse was sitting on the edge of the cape.
At the end of our afternoon, we passed back by the Margaret River Chocolate Factory... and how could we not stop in?!? There were free samples of their dark, milk & white chocolates. Then we saw fondue for two and decided to try it - but it was so sweet and so much that it was more like fondue for 6! We didn't eat it all... plus the dark chocolate would have been a better choice for the fondue, as the white was just too sweet! They had an odd variety of things to dip in the chocolate... licorice being the strangest. Mark didn't try it but I did - it was gross! :D But the white chocolate was yummy! I think my favorite thing was the homemade honeycomb - it is the light colored bit on the back left.
