Must Make it to Uluru

Mark and I have decided we'd better make a trip to Uluru (Ayer's Rock) since we might be moving soon! So, we up and decided to go the weekend of March 25! That is the end of the Commonwealth Games here, so think that might be why we got a little better airfare. We will be staying in the least expensive accommodation that comes with a private bathroom. (I just don't like to give that up!) However, there just isn't much in the way of budget accommodation because there is a big Ayer's Rock Complex where all the hotels & restaurants at the location are part of one system. It should be an amazing experience to see the rock close up. We did get to see it from the window of the plane on our flight to Singapore and that was pretty impressive, too! :)
