And... We're Off to Canberra!

Well, we know we are addicted to travel, so we don't even fight it. Our church isn't happening this Sunday because the whole church is going to camp and my husband only has a 10:30am appointment today (Friday), so we decided we should go somewhere for the weekend! We think Canberra, the capital of Australia, is about a 6 hour drive, so I just booked us a cheap motel there for tonight and tomorrow. Our hotel is actually close to the airport which is in New South Wales, not the separate territory called Australian Capital Territory. It is the smallest of Australia's self-governing regions and totally contained within the state of New South Wales (but has it's own label on post codes and such...ACT, not NSW!) So, I'd better go take a shower and pack us a small bag to take! Bye!
